Pataskala, OH (14 January 2025) — In its return to the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, today Acura Meyer Shank Racing (“Acura MSR”) unveils its liveries for its two-car GTP lineup for the 2025 IMSA season.
The No. 60 Acura Meyer Shank Racing Acura ARX-06 will carry sponsorship from AskROI and proudly sport the traditional red, white and blue colors of both Acura MSR and Honda Racing Corporation USA (“HRC US”).
Earlier today, HRC revealed the livery of the No. 93 sister Acura, and announced Phillips 66 Lubricants as part of a season-long sponsorship and research and development deal.
In partnership with HRC US, Acura MSR will field two full-season GTP entries, with Acura MSR prepping and maintaining both Acura entries. HRC US associates will race engineer the No. 93, driven full-time by Renger van der Zande and Nick Yelloly with Honda factory driver Kakunoshin Ohta and three reigning INDYCAR Champion, Alex Palou behind the wheel for Daytona.
Acura MSR will oversee the sister No. 60 Acura ARX-06, with full-time drivers Tom Blomqvist and Colin Braun. The pair will be joined by Acura MSR INDYCAR driver, Felix Rosenqvist and six time INDYCAR Champion, Scott Dixon at Daytona.
The wait is over as Acura MSR travels to Daytona, FL, to kick off the season with the Roar Before the 24, Jan. 17-19. With several practice sessions throughout the weekend, the Roar serves as the final dress rehearsal before the famed Rolex 24 at Daytona.
