Sepang, Malaysia (12 February 2020) \u2013 Ozz Negri returns to Asian Le Mans Series (ALMS) action\u00a0at the Sepang International Circuit for the third round of the\u00a02019\/2020 season this weekend as he looks to build momentum in the multi-continental championship.<\/p>\n

Negri, alongside teammates Francesco Piovanetti and Alessandro Pierguidi,\u00a0will take on the 5.543-km course\u00a0on board the\u00a0Spirit of Race No. 51 Ferrari 488 GT3. The trio return to Sepang after securing a podium finish in the\u00a02018\/2019\u00a0edition\u00a0of the event. Bringing momentum with them, Negri\u00a0hopes\u00a0to add another\u00a0podium finish to his ALMS resume\u00a0after securing\u00a0two top-five finishes in the first two rounds of the season in China and Australia.<\/p>\n

New to the 2019\/2020 season, ALMS will embrace night racing in Malaysia for the first time as\u00a0the 4 Hours of Sepang will finish\u00a0under the lights as the field will fight to the finish in the day to night event.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u00a0had a good weekend in Australia and now we want to build on that to fight for the championship,\u201d said Negri. \u201cWe know this track and the Ferrari has been good here in the past so hopefully that is the case again this weekend. It will be interesting with the race ending at night-we\u2019ve all done night races in our careers so it is nothing new for us but it should be a cool finish for the fans.\u201d<\/p>\n

The weekend kicks off with Free Practice on Friday, February 14th<\/sup>\u00a0with the 4 Hours of Sepang on Saturday.<\/p>\n
