{"id":625,"date":"2017-08-01T19:32:46","date_gmt":"2017-08-01T19:32:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sundaymanagement.com\/?p=625"},"modified":"2017-10-24T19:33:46","modified_gmt":"2017-10-24T19:33:46","slug":"michael-shank-racing-with-curbagajanian-reveals-new-livery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sundaymanagement.com\/index.php\/2017\/08\/01\/michael-shank-racing-with-curbagajanian-reveals-new-livery\/","title":{"rendered":"Michael Shank Racing with Curb\/Agajanian Reveals New Livery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pataskala, Ohio (1 August 2017) \u2013 As the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship enters its final stretch of the 2017 season at Road America this weekend, Michael Shank Racing with Curb\/Agajanian has once again ramped up the look of its two Acura NSX GT3 machines with a brand new scheme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/a33ba08d163385b4a77fabf6c\/images\/98f0cbc2-6c8e-4b64-b4e6-2f503d146e6f.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"348\" align=\"right\" data-file-id=\"14817\" data-cke-saved-src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/a33ba08d163385b4a77fabf6c\/images\/98f0cbc2-6c8e-4b64-b4e6-2f503d146e6f.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The colors are all new and reflect those of the Acura NSX GT3 road car.<\/p>\n<p>Each car features a sleek chrome look to it \u2013 with the No. 93 blue, and the No. 86 red. Both colors are similar to that of the OEM color of the Acura NSX GT3 road car \u2013\u00a0Nouvelle Blue Pearl\u00a0and Valencia Red Pearl.<\/p>\n<p>Several of Michael Shank Racing\u2019s previous liveries through the years have displayed a chrome look and is highly popular with fans of the Ohio-based team. Once again, AERO\u2122 Advanced Paint Technology has created a chrome livery for the Michael Shank Racing cars.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re really excited about this livery,\u201d offered Team Owner Mike Shank. \u201cFrom the racing world to the street car world, these are very popular OEM colors. The chrome look to them is eye-catching and they\u00a0look great. AERO once again hit it out of the park for us. \u00a0It\u2019s very clean and simple this time. We will have one more scheme\u00a0before we are done this year!\u201d\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Already having taken the Acura GT3 machine from its IMSA debut in January to a race winner in June, Michael Shank Racing is firmly focused on a strong run through the final four events of the 2017 season. That string of races will kick off at Road America this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Michael\u00a0Shank\u00a0Racing\u2019s recent results have not only boosted the team\u2019s rank in the championship\u00a0standings, but has also put Acura right in the thick of the manufacturer\u2019s championship battle.
