The LIQUI MOLY Autocross Shootout returns to Lime Rock Park in 2024 with even more opportunities for competitors to lay down laps on the FCP Euro Proving Grounds with an incredible 50 track days to choose from.<\/p>\n

The Park\u2019s recently enlarged and repaved FCP Euro Proving Grounds has added opportunities for both competition and education as the lightning-quick laps provide significant doses of adrenaline. The increased interest in the LIQUI MOLY Autocross Shootout, as well as the fierce competition levels of the participating drivers, has continued to swell in its three years of operation. Following a record-breaking season for entries with more than 750 drivers of all skill levels participating in 2023, Lime Rock Park organizers added an additional seven autocross dates to the calendar for 2024.<\/p>\n

At the end of the Autocross season, the top 30 drivers will be invited back to the FCP Euro Proving Grounds for the LIQUI MOLY Autocross Invitational Shootout on October 24 to crown an overall season champion. With a very competitive field for the 2023 finale, only 16 thousandths of a second separated first from second place with the reigning champion Ed Bogue returning to the .68-mile Super Circuit to claim his second consecutive title driving a Porsche 911.<\/p>\n

From drivers giving each other tips on turns and tire pressures to lending each other tools and even spare tires and wheels, Autocross at Lime Rock is not just about driving fast and setting a time, it\u2019s building friendships, learning new things and being part of an amazing community. I could not be more proud of how this program.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 50 track dates include Autocross Lapping Days<\/a> (36), Track Tapas<\/a> (12) and Advanced Driver Coaching<\/a> (2) spread out throughout the season (variety of morning, afternoon, weekend and weekday dates) starting April 3. Drivers participating on the FCP Euro Proving Grounds throughout the season are automatically entered in the LIQUI MOLY Autocross Shootout. Competitors who want even more time on the FCP Euro Proving Grounds can join the AutoX Club at Lime Rock.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
