Race Brew 0.0% to sponsor Ginetta North America pole awards

MILLVILLE, NJ (September 2, 2025) – Is beer the new champagne? It is for the Ginetta Challenge North America, as Momentum Brewery’s new alcohol-free Race Brew 0.0% comes on board as the series’ pole award sponsor for the final two events.

In partnership with PT Autosport, the sports car junior development program, and Momentum Brewery, Ginetta Challenge North America pole award winners at VIRginia International Raceway and Barber Motorsports Park will celebrate with the newest – and most unique – offering in the non-alcoholic beer category.

Brooklyn, NY-based Momentum Brewer focuses solely on NA brews (a hazy IPA, a Kölsch and a Golden ale) that are all 0.5% ABV. Their beers are different from regular NA beer in that they are brewed to be NA from the start, with a special yeast they call “genius” yeast that brews only up to 0.5% on its own, though Race Brew will be brewed to be 0.0%, making it the perfect match for motorsports – and for the Ginetta Challenge North America.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Race Brew as sponsors of the Pole Award for the final two rounds of the Ginetta Challenge at VIR and Barber,” said Baer Connard, Brand Director, Ginetta North America. “Race Brew, a refreshing 0.0% alcohol, race-inspired beer, is a perfect fit for our paddock and our fans. Their support not only elevates the prestige of the series but also shines a spotlight on the skill and determination it takes to lead the field. It’s partnerships like these that help us celebrate drivers who push the limits and embody the true spirit of Ginetta racing.”

PT Autosport provides merit-based motorsport industry opportunities for diverse individuals with high integrity, grit, and coachability, achieved through a development program for young aspiring drivers, engineers, mechanics, and other professionals – which pairs perfectly with Ginetta’s mission statement: Inspiring Champions.

Over the past two seasons, PT Autosport combined with JDX Racing to field Alex Sedgwick in Carrera Cup, finishing fourth in last year’s championship and scoring a race victory at Watkins Glen. This season, Sedgwick competes in the GT World Challenge America series (with Race Brew 0.0% support) in the RS1 entry and has scored eight podiums in 10 races including two wins at VIR.

The Ginetta Challenge North America/Race Brew 0.0% expands on the existing partnership between the series and PT Autosport, with the British motorsport marque supplying cars for the PT Autosport Aspiring Driver Shootout, beginning with the fourth annual Aspiring Driver Shootout November 3-5 at New Jersey Motorsports Park. In addition, PT Autosport has acquired a Ginetta G56 GTA that is being raced in the Ginetta Challenge North America with inaugural Aspiring Driver Henry Drury. PT Autosport team principal Jason Myers appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with Ginetta North America on a new project, the Race Brew 0.0% pole award.

“We are really excited to be sponsoring the Ginetta series pole award and expanding on our existing partnership with Ginetta,” said Myers. “Race Brew 0.0% is the perfect post race podium beverage to enjoy, a true 0.0% alcohol free beer imported from the historic Leikeim brewery in Germany. We’re looking forward to debuting the beer soon at a Ginetta Challenge North America event!”
