Announcing The USA Drivers’ New Formula One Role

28 October, 2025– “Instead of leaving my racing home in Silverstone, I am staying put.  As the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team announced today, I will become the Third Driver for 2026.  This was an easy decision as I wanted to be with an F1 team that knows me best and appreciates me the most.

“I am sure the team will announce more clarity on my full role as the year ends and a new journey begins in 2026.

“I had other professional options, but this is the right place for me in 2026 as I transition from junior racing to a true professional career. I am not giving up my dream to be a full-time Formula One driver, and this is another step for me on the F1 climb.”
